These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are valid from 25 August 2025. They replace any other form of general terms and conditions of sale previously in force relating to the sale of commercial offers.

In the event of an error in the sending or content of the exchange voucher, or a deterioration of the exchange voucher when it is sent, you have a 14-day period from the day of receipt to inform the institution.
